Overview
MOBILE SIGN IN EXPERIENCE
Summer 2025, I returned on to Microsoft Teams for Work (TFW), focusing on the Sign In and Authentication process for the Mobile experience. My goal was to document all the configurations of the Mobile sign in flow, identify the customer pain points, and draft new solutions to solve these painpoints. In addition, I pushed out one of the solutions to solve this sign in friction, introducing Single Sign On (SSO) for Teams mobile by default, reducing user drop-off by 13%.
